Prompting for password BUT I GUESS I DON'T REMEMBER!

I called to activate my phone with a new sims card... It required me to restart my phone and when it did it is prompting for the password and only will allow emergency calls it didn't do this earlier... I guess I don't remember the password and now can't get into my phone or even turn it off. Please please please help me!!!
