no picture with cable but OK with fire stick
I have no picture watching cable TV but the picture if fine watching through fire stick??

Try to adjust the hdmi cable conected from the tv to the box

Thanks so much, I tried that, the picture is still fine viewing with the fire stick, but when I switch back to cable no picture only sound....very frustrating I'm assuming there's really nothing wrong with the TV??
