What do I do my Dell inspiron 11-3162 stuck in reboot loop

I restarted my Dell and now it's stick in a reboot loop what do I do I tried hard rebooting it by disconnecting the battery and it didnt seem to help i run the ePSA and it says theres no problems so what now?

No errors on the screen?

try to hold ( when booting) F8 to get in recovery mode or boot options.

Or try to boot with a boot medium ( usb or dvd)
