replace lcd to new screen?

ipad mini 4 screen broke but the LCD is fine. I thought i just had to buy the screen and replace it but i just noticed that i have to replace/apply the lcd to the new screen? or am i wrong. Im trying to find videos to replace it but i dont seem to find any.. any help?

On the iPad mini 4, the Digitizer and LCD are fused together so they must be replaced as a single unit. It also requires some soldering to transfer over the Hall-Effect sensor for the SmartCover.
