But
Go for these points may be these are the reasons for speaker base vibrating loudly. may be you will be help fulled. Please checked
- External resonance - vibration of an object near the TV
- Internal resonance - vibration of something inside the TV
- The speakers themselves, or
- A faulty main (signal) board

Just got JBL soundbar in Nov 2018, used it last night and when we turned up the Bass above 25 it would have a desorted sound every know and again , not all the time, this has not happen before ?

Yes please, it sounds loud vibration sound is annoying
