Open apps by itself freezes and doesn't let me type or open anything

Since yesterday my iPhone 5s been freaking out if an opening and closing apps on his phone freezing it doesn't let me press on anything if I press on one thing it eito ther phrases are opens up a different app I'm actually speaking at the my phone right now because it won't even let me type I've tried resetting it and I've updated it on the update made it a little bit better but still not working don't know what to do it hasn't dropped in water and we haven't dropped or anything so I don't know why it's doing this
