yes! i tried resetting the phone, I tried the settings, i tried online setting everything! then this and it worked thanks!

You might have some kind of accessibility mode on. If you go into settings and look for an accessibility menu, then look around for a black and white mode.

under accessibility, select vision and make sure greyscale is turned off. not sure how that happens, but I have had a customer in the same situation where he didn't know how it got turned on.

Ok I know I did something but not what I did. My TMobile revvl4 is showing some things in color but not all. Like the chrome icon shows color but the app is black and white my game icons are color but the games are not
I have tried the steps listed in the how to fix it but none of them have worked.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT!

I had the same problem. You need to find the reading mode for your phone, and go into the options for it. There should be a section for individual apps, you need to manage which ones are in reading mode, hope this helps you
