In my previous question I with @ndukes help determined that the LCD display needed replaced, problem is I have no clue how to do such a thing, are there places where they will replace it for me? If not can anyone direct me to a guide on how to replace the LCD display?

Typically these types of screens are just glued in place, you'll need a heat gun or heat stick to remove it.
