The Motorola Razr V3, also known as the Motorazr V3, was the first Razr released into the market in the third quarter of 2004.

Can I use my trusty ole Razr with my current ATT wireless service?

I'm unhappy with voice quality of my pantech so I swapped the chip back to my 10 year old Motorola Razr. After a full charge it come on perfectly, I put in my PW and it showed 'registered' with my correct phone number. I tried calling out but it always "Failed' to connect. what can I do to get it to connect the my ATT service and work?

You actually need to get an "old" large sim, also known as a "Mini Sim" from AT&T. (There are 3 sizes: Mini, micro, nano). The Mini sim will support the older 3G towers, and RAZR works great. They should provide one for free.

Caveat to this is that it has to be an AT&T RAZR. T-Mobile has different frequencies.
