Phone shows no service
phone shows no service, tried with another SIM as well.
Have recently changed the front display as the earlier one was cracked.
have replaced the battery as well.

It is a possibility that you may have knocked an antenna wire loose during your replacement. Double check yourself and make sure all wires are intact internally

Did you try restoring the iPhone? Did you make sure the antenna connectors are connected?

i have restored the phone once but no change.
i havent dismantled the phone as yet.

post replacement of the screen and battery the phone worked normally for more than 2 weeks.
