ok i dont know where to ask this. but we have 2 xbox ones. and like 6 controllers. on one xbox one the controllers stay connected and work fine. on the other xbox however, they disconnect. ive bought new controllers. changed batteries. checked for interference but nothing. the only thing i can figure is that its something in the actual console. does anyone know what part might control this?

I heard if your wifi chip is faulty it can do this. The controllers connect via the wifi chip. I found it on a article with people having the same problem.
