Why does my phone keep cutting on and off by itself until its dead?

Problem just started. I have tried to hard reset the phone and its still doing the same thing. Keeps turning on and off til it died.

My phone some also go to a dark blank screen with back illumination partial white glow. My phone was exposed to moisture.
