How can I permanently disable wifi from the 2ds
on the 3ds there is an antenna . the 2ds doesn't have it

you dont need to cut any cables, you can setup a PIN code to access the options and just delete all the internet connections and set the pin code up so that nobody can access the settings to setup a connection, pretty much the same effect as removing the WIFI antenna..

Other answers say parental controls. That solution does not work for me. The child still can call nintendo to disable them..
