Why does my phone get stuck at the Alcatel Boot Screen

M y phone recently froze and when I tried rebooting it stays the "Alcatel onetouch Fierce 2 powered by android" screen and just stays there. I tried booting into the factory settings to reset it to the default system settings, but that did not work . Do you guys have any solutions to this .
