1 Main camera not working overheating issue.
Hello, I have been repairing phones for a while as a hobby, last year I decided to build my own iPhone 5s and so I did, everything works great but I haven't been able to find answer to an overheating problem, each time I open the camera it tells me that the iPhone needs to cool down before using the camera, the phone isn't warm at all, I have been searching if it was a thermic sensor related problem. Thanks for your help!

Usually camera ic being at fault causing this which is a component on the logic board generally near the rear camera connector.

Thank you ver y much, i will try to check the logic board, do you know something about the error that says that the flash is disabled? Is the one that keep popping up when I turn on the camera.
