Where can I get/download the RECOVERY SYSTEM IMAGE

My laptop is crash and now I can't boot it to windows. It only shows the Aptio Setup Utility whenener I turn on it. I'd like to ask for its RECOVERY SYSTEM IMAGE for me to restore my laptop. Please help me where can I download it... Please. Or
