The camera is not opening

Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime

Released in October of 2014. This model, SM-G530H/DV Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, comes in a White, Gray, or Gold casing.

It gives an error message that " Cannot open camera please reboot your phone."

I have rebooted more than 10 times and its not working.

Please help.
