How does one repair the Z3 Compact wireless recharging port brackets?
I replaced the adhesive seals on front and back covers of phone. However, when prying off the plastic back frame (behind back cover) I accidentally sheered off one of the brackets that receives power from the wireless charging port and delivers it to the motherboard (I think). The bracket is one of two, and is shaped like a little black goal post with a metal connector that comes down from the crossbar. The bracket looks as though it must be soldered back onto the motherboard. Does anyone have advice on this repair?

The solder pads look okay. I think I would have to completely remove the motherboard to get at the job properly...but I've never soldered before :-/

Are you talking about the two gold connection prongs that connect to te NFC tag on the back cover glass?
