I bought a new blu studio G lollipop phone and it asked for a software update when I turned it on so I did it and now it is stuck on the recovery mode screen and I can't get it off. What do I do to fix this? Need help people please.!!!!!!!!!!

if you have a built-in battery you just push power button for 10-15 seconds to turn it off or shut it down..

I did that like 20 times and it didn't work.

I have done that like 100 times and I just keeps going to the recovery mode screen. So I guess I'm going to have to call the blu company today now it is Monday and they are open. I hope they can help me because this is a BRAND NEW PHONE THAT I GOT TO USE FOR LIKE 2 MINS AND THEN IT DID THIS.
