I would start with checking the wires from the circuit board to the motor at the back wheels. Next test the voltage across the motor with the controller on and the throttle on full. If you have 2 volts or higher, you have a bad motor. If you have less than one volt, let me know and I will give you more information about how to check the rest of the system.

Same problem, do i have to change a motor or the motherboard ?

door

There's really no way for me to know without more information. If I had to guess, I would guess the motor though. The reason is that the motor is a mechanical part that can wear out, while the circuit board is a solid state part making it less likely to wear out. It could be something else too though. On my rc car(it was just some build your own kit), the brushes on the motor corroded after sitting for a while with the batteries in it.

Thanx Mr Josiah 4 ur response,

if the front wheels r working than no doubt that the prob is not from the motherboard, i ned to change the back-wheels motor.

door

Not necessarily. There are three general circuits in an rc car. One to receive the signal from the remote which controls the other two circuits, one to drive the rear wheels, and one to turn the front wheels. Each of these circuits have several different components such as capacitors, transistors, and resistors. Many of these components only affect one of the main circuits. The problem could also be in the wires to the motor. Checking the voltage is a sure way to make sure you're changing the right part.

Hopefully all that made sense.

Thanx . Well the prob is the circuit.

I need to buy one. Do u know any web site that I can buy it. Or I need the reference of the circuit so that I can look for it, thanx again

I don't see any circuit boards for sale anywhere, so I think you will have to take it to a shop that does board level repairs. One thing I have learned in my repairs, is not to be too quick to decide that one thing or another is bad. Just be absolutely sure that you are changing the right part. The remote could also be the problem, now that I think of it.

door

It's a technicien who checked the voltage, and he checked also the circuit, about the remote I used to work with another one it was perfect before the prob.

Oh good! Thanks for the update! I still don't know where to find a circuit board though. I wish I did. :(

Thnx a lot, hope so, i wish i can find it .

I give to an expert. He will put a new motherboard.
