How to replace a cracked screen?

Can someone assist in a step by step info on how to replace my blu 6.0 cracked screen. The phone cracked at the buttom where all the keys are. The screen is unresponsive at most times but I have so many things saved on the phone and I cannot get access to anything, no even the homepage. Was told I will need to change the lcd, the touch screen, and the frame assembly. What exactly do I have to purchase for the repair of the screen including tools if necessary?
