Phone Battery Not Charging
When I put the phone on the base unit it will not charge?

First, check to make sure the base is plugged into the charging cable and make sure that is plugged into the wall.
If that doesn't work check to make sure that there is no corrosion or other things on the charging prongs. If it is corrosion, make sure you know how to deal with it. If it is just dirty, take a soft cloth and wipe them off.
If that doesn't work you may need to get a new battery.
