1 How do I fix an unresponsive white screen?
I have an unresponsive screen which is the color of white , how do I fix the screen and what are the steps?

I have the same problem so I press the return button which works for me,I do the same for nearly all the screens that get stuck. I am unable to do this to the black screen which is far too quick to turn black I hope this works for you,has anybody got a solution to stop the black screen returning when I am trying to view another app?

This works for me on the white screen. Take out the batter, press. Vol up and down at same time slide the battery back into the phone . I have had to plug it in wile holding vol up and down also. It usually works. OR YOU COULD THROW IT AT THE SALESMAN WHO SOLD IT TO YOU, HE NEW IT

You can try a hard reset, but that supposedly erases all memory. That fixes the white screen on the iPod touch 4th gen. Maybe it will work on your device too.

will that no help man i tryed so many times so my friend said he can fix mines

Done more than one hard reset online and it still happens. Just out of nowhere to screen will be white.
