How can I clean inside glass monitor?

That spot looks like a burn, possibly part of the backlight. Disassembling the LCD portion of this screen isn't trivial as separating the glass would likely destroy the display. It is nearly impossible for something to have worked its way between the glass and the LCD on this screen.

It's unfortunate that this occurred, the downside of small critters is that they tend to find the tiny spots that they can wiggle through but we cannot.

NOTE: If you choose to disassemble this please be very careful. Caps and circuits inside the LCD can be very dangerous and mishandling them can be fatal.

You could try disassembling, but as I said you have a high risk of breakage. There is a disassembly guide online for recycling the device that is provided by HP. It doesn't break down how to take the LCD/Glass apart, but does show how to remove the LCD assembly safely from the casing.

but can you explain how can i open this screen or give me some video to open this screen i want to open my screen shall i do this ? i think if i open this monitor it'll be broken ? or not i don't know what i have to do ?
