I have a wireless OontZ Angle Plus speaker. Speaker's battery is depleted of power and will not receive a charge when connected to a power supply via USB cable.

When using your Oontz Angle Plus and you discover the device will not charge it is possible that the battery needs to be replaced after regular wear and tear. Therefore, you must disassemble the device and replace the battery using the troubleshooting page listed below.
There is also the possibility that the wire connecting the batteries have become loose and are not connecting properly. You will also disassemble the device and reattach the wires using the troubleshooting page.

I only had my OontZ 3 plus for 3 weeks and both my speakers will not charge up at all! This has to be defect!!

I had the same problem a few weeks ago and contacted Oontz and they sent me a replacement. I’ve only had this replacement for a handful of days and it’s happened again.
I don’t know.
Despite all the good reviews on the quality/fidelity of the speakers, this is a joke.
