I dropped my iPhone 5s and it feel so badly that i now need a total screen repair, how much (lowest price possible) would this cost and where could i get this??

Lowest price possible would be to buy the cheapest screen you can find on eBay and replace it yourself.
That said, there is a high risk of receiving exactly that: a cheap screen that will fail you soon and need replacement again.
My honest opinion would be that the cheapest is purchasing a known good screen from reputed vendors such as iFixit like this one and following this guide to replace it yourself.
Equally "economical" would be to have it replaced at an Apple Store if any is available near you.
Finally you could head to an independent and reputed repair store (NOT the cheapest) that offers repairs with a warranty and have them replace it for you.
In all these 3 instances you will pay more than the first option of buying a cheap part from eBay, but I believe will end up costing you less because of failures and repeated unwarranted repairs.

First, use google. Seriously there are thousands of people in the world that can do this for you.
Secondly, the cheapest screens you can get are going to be about $50 just for the part, with no labour, and they are terrible. Do you really want the cheapest possible, knowing that the screen will probably fall apart and you will have to replace it again?
Your best bet is NOT to use the cheapest possible repair, unless you want to keep getting it repaired constantly
