Blue booth not recognising other devices
My blue tooth does not recognize my ear phone device. Other devices are picking up the ear phone and it worked fine with my previous Samsung.

Have you tried putting the bluetooth headset in pariring mode? For most headsets, this means turning it off, waiting a second then holding the power button until the light flashes red and blue (it often takes a few seconds AFTER the headset turns on, so keep holding it)
