My daughters cannot make any phone calls, nor can she text from her phone. The Mobile Date field is no longer highlighted. Any idea on how to fix that, or what causes that? We just got the phone 4 months ago:-(

Check the caller ID on call settings : it should be set as "On" status or "Network default"
Restart the phone and check whether calls can be made.
Above step not related to Data service. best option to contact network operator to check the connection status of your connection.

Oh It Happens Sometimes Go To Settings Then More Then Mobile Network Then Activate Data Connection ( The Solution Of This Problem Is Just Turn The Data Connection At Settings ) I Hope It Works...

Hi,
Are there signal bars at the top of the screen or a red x? If not have you checked that the SIM card is installed properly? If yes can you call the phone from another phone?
