There's a fair chance that the WiFi is built into the motherboard. What is the problem you are having?

When I use the pc, very often the wifi card network is being disconnected and then I don't see it in hardware information on Computer resource.
I try to recover the pc to factory form but unsuccessful.

What OS are you using? Have you got the latest drivers installed for your Laptop / Wireless Network Card from the Asus support website?
