no service on my blu sudio 6hd

My blu phone hardly ever pick up mobile network. its a dual sim and both sims are having the same issue. had stopped using the phone for a while because the screen was broken and I fixed it and this is the problem that started. I tried factory resetting and this did not work. Can someone help with this issue plz?
