"Networking
Though the model A and A+ and Zero do not have an 8P8C ("RJ45") Ethernet port, they can be connected to a network using an external user-supplied USB Ethernet or Wi-Fi adapter. On the model B and B+ the Ethernet port is provided by a built-in USB Ethernet adapter." wikipedia
Sounds possible.

Not a good idea, better you can buy a screen which are designed for Raspberry Pi 3 , see this tutorial for the screen and displays for pi: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0084bZfQ...
Because any pi screen works with a special coding , which you have to do inside of raspbian os :)
