Why is the phone acting up?

Ok so. When I first got the Lg it was doing ok. But now its acting up! My apps wont download. And i know i got enough space. The app will go to install, But will just sit there for hours. Also, My keyboard is acting up too. When i go to type, in the middle of typing my keyboard will just go away. I thiught it was the app i was using, but its doing the same for the lg keyboard, And finally, Google voice keeps popping up. And it goes to cell phone and calls people. I tried everything to prevent this! At first i thiught it was a virus, but i factory resetted my phone and got a lot of apps to prevent the "virus" but its still doig the same thing and the app says "virus not detected" please help.

try shutting off some apps sounds like there's to many things trying to run at once

There is a very simple solution to this. Try shutting down/ powering off the phone for at least 4 hours, and turn it back on, taking things very slowly. This should fix the problem, and your phone should be good as new!

Hi There My first Name is Genesis Last name Soto but By the Nickname u can Call me Kiki, anyways um i Have a Phone that is LG and it is Acting up an it is Acting weird an Crazy do u Guys Know anything About That or is There a Way to My phone go Fast instead of Deleting all The apps cause This phone is New cause My mom brought this New phone to Me in October 4,2018 sooo….. Plus i dont know what else to DO i want a New phone AS well to but i Understand that Phone is expensive an sometimes u need a contract an its a lot of thousands an Dollars but if i try to delete all the apps i am Not using i gotta delete the Apps that i am NOT Using as well but i need someone to Fix my phone but When i try to Reset my Phone its Still acting up again so Any ideas Wat should i do to my Phone because i went to Metro PCs store an The lady said to Me “i have to many apps u can delete the app if you not using it so Thats why you download to Many apps so Thats why is Acting up” an i mean its True tho on Wat based wat my Mom said an the Lady said so Uh yea.
