Yes, it is possible to upgrade your graphics card.

Not so fast! While the MXM graphics card can be replaced. You are limited to the cards Apple supports and you'll need a card with the correct firmware. Make sure its an Apple board vs someone else's.
It is a brand new graphic card that was provoded by apple for replacing it
