Random screen display issues

Randomly the screen will go hazy then fill with vertical lines, sometimes they are just slightly different from the color of the background image. Other times it is strictly black and white taking up the entire screen. It first did this over a month ago, then was good for that time and started again today. Did a full factory reset with no change. I do have two videos of what it does however not have them transferred to post yet. Any ideas that could help? It is the tab 3 lite 7.0"
