Air has not BT modul. Blue light indicates docked device. Red dim LED means sleep mode and docking the device should wake it up= going blue. HW Reset would be good to start with...

Yes, it is not a BT model, but the light used to go blue when connected to stereo and TV, showing operational ok. Now it stays red and I want to know what has gone wrong. Everything is connected ok, but no sound.

Probably another inflated capacitor. Better learn how to fix these yourself if you want to get your moneys worth out of Zeppelin.

[image|3168195] That capacitor on the top right is bulging up. I have replaced it before but this time I was still getting some life out of it. I had to keep pressing the on button on the top of the Zeppelin when docking and it would work for a bit, then shut down again. Taking the screws out is the biggest pain.

Mine does the same thing. Sometimes, I’ll get a purple light, maybe even yellow, but getting to work (blue light mode) is nearly impossible. I’ve pressed the tiny reset button on the back with a paper clip…doesn’t do anything but turn it off. B&W should be embarrassed by this piece of junk.

Educate me on “inflated capacitor”? Any relation to a Flux Capacitor?
