Is it possible to replace my 2 HD for 2 SSD units??

Sure but you waste your money on the second SSD as it should just be used for storage.

I agree with Mayer here. Just replace one of the HD units for a SSD to gain the speed of the booting up (OS on SSD) as well as having faster application loading (Apps on SSD). Then have the HD hold everything else.
