Replaced lcd screen and phone turns on with black screen Please help

I definitely was very careful yesterday, I even took it apart first and put it back together and it worked all day, got the new screen from different phone and does not seem to work, i took it apart 3 times already to check connections, everything seems to be ok, except the screen it shows all black, no sound etc.

Please need some help, is the screen programed with the motherboard ? Any other possible problems ?

How do you know the LCD screen you replaced it with was good? Have you tried putting the old one back in? Why did you change it if it was working?

ok, what happens when you reconnect the old screen??

did you only replace the lcd or the cable too?

since you mentioned that there is no sound and nothing on the screen.

so most likely the problem is not the lcd - but the cable where it' connected to!
