LG 2 digitizer and LCD fade to white with lines in it

white background and the digitizer seems to be going out because there's also lines through the white background the touchscreen display is at times not working and I previously replaced the screen because it was cracked I thought I had correctly put it back together although it is not perfectly tight it is on why is my screen fading? Can I replace it?
