Acer V5-122 unit did not turn on. but charging indicator is working.

i bought this unit 8 months ago. it works perfectly before i shut it down then after i turn it on the other day is not working anymore.. charging indicator is working but it wont turn on.. do you think how much it will cost to fix this?.. thanks
