New Screen but now its all lines

My tab 3 quit responding to touch, so i read that I should replace my screen. I bought a new one and carefully replaced it my self but now my screen is all lines and bottom corner is black. Does anyone know if this is fixable? I put the old screen back on but it didn't change the screen
