Stuck on Apple logo loop

My iPhone is stuck on the apple logo loop and it doesn't want to turn on with the power button, but does turn on with the charger plugged in. I want to access my files to recover pictures and calendar meetings but don't know what to do! Is their anyway I can get acces to the files ???

Hey blockboy21814, you should download iFunBox (Google it, it'll be the first link) and watch this video on how to back it up as well.

EDIT

-Since you said that it turns on to the lockscreen when you plug it in the charger you should be able to back it up fine with iFunBox. However, if it's stuck on an apple loop while it's charging and you can't boot it up to the point where you see the lockscreen then you have no other option but to put your device under recovery mode and restore.

-After you back up, I'd recommend that you follow what PhoneOpsPlus said at his post at the bottom. That is only if it does the same thing after restoring.

-Let me know how it goes.

-Please accept this as the answer if it answered the question.

That's the thing I don't want to restore due to the fact I I don't have a proper backup in place or any at that matter =[ do you think a new battery could work ??

Try iFunBox then restore. Before, it's confirmed that the device's battery is actually the issue, I'd recommend that you try to back up but restore. I remember when I was bricked like this, I had no other choice but to restore.

Oh well, doesn't matter, helping people is what matters, I have seen you do a lot of that, keep it up Apple

Hi,

This sounds like you have a battery issue, replacing your battery should solve this. :-)

The thing is that the phone doesn't technically stay stuck on the apple logo...it shows the apple logo l, shuts off and the does it again continuously

PhoneOpsPlus This isn't nonsense. It could just be a bricked device or a battery issue. The software I showed was to back up the device. Restoration would possibly confirm the possibility of it being bricked or if it needed a battery replacement.

Also, I found out replacing the battery being an option from another website while I was editing. If it makes you feel any better, I'll give you a score and I edited my post to say to look at yours.
