Black screen, no chime, solid light

Good day,

My wife's MacBook turns on but does not have any graphics(black screen, fans and HD spool up). After reading threads in your forums, I do not believe it is booting and therefore believe it is the logic board. I am ready to buy one from you guys but thought I should ask first. The machine is used very little, has no damage whatsoever, (no fluid spilled, never dropped etc), no beeps on boot and a solid light.

I have done the following:

Tried all the key commands to reset the PRAM and SMC

Disconnected the battery, plugged it in, re-connected the battery.

Removed both banks of RAM- no beep, solid light, no pause, no pattern.

The the serial number is C02JTMCPDTY3
