Coffee poured on the laptop

I got coffee poured on my laptop and tryed to clean all the part inside with alcool and a brush, it still don't power up however. I was wondering if it's possible that a shortcut inside the keyboard prevent the laptop to power up ?

I have tryed without the keyboard and it still don't power up but I wonder if it can power up without a keyboard anyway ? If not, would it would be good to clean the laptop keyboard the best i can ? (not sure how still)
