Battery Cover Screw to lock door

There are 6 screws for the back of the calculator. I want to add a small screw to secure the battery cover door so that students won't "steal" the batteries.

Since IFixit has done its teardown, do you think this is possible/probable?

I have this problem too. Maybe a screw through the cover, next to the back up battery cover?
