1 sprinker system irrigation valve box outside and located above ground
The valve box is full of water and some water is pooling on the ground outside of the valve box and it hasn't been used for over a year. I see wires inside is it an electrical hazard to touch? If the water inside box is not normal how do I repair? It hasn't rained that much.
