Black screen when locked. blue lines when switched off and then turned

my note 2 was dropped by me. it fell on its back and now has a black screen. the touch works but screen doesnt display anything. when i remove the battery and turn on my device it works but has dotted lines on it. when i switch it off it again doesnt show anything and i have to remove the battery. i am giving a link to a video which shows the exact same problem as mine. please help.
