broken screen replaced , now doesnt turn on

I replaced the screen of my tablet (samsung galaxy tab 3 10.1 p5210) very smooth and without problem, but now it doesnt turn on.

Iwhen I plug it to charger I hear a beep but the charge indicator is not visible.

any help and guide will be appreciated
