when I got my laptop a few months ago the auto rotation worked fine. a few weeks ago it just stopped. I have checked the settings and everything is as it should be. except that the screen is now locked (settings are set to allow auto rotate) computer says "auto rotation is unavailable because you're using your pc as a laptop"
How do I fix this??

I have had this too. If you go to the search bar and type in screen rotation or rotation and set the screen rotation. Then restart computer.

I have the same problem. I bought it 3 days ago, and it is not working properly.
Sometimes it works, but sometimes it doesnt work.

a Quick work-around is to- right click>click display settings > and rotate there.
