Odd behavior intermitantly tries to facetime call during voice call

This is the 3rd time I serviced an iPhone. I replaced 2 display on 4S. This phone I have a problem with is 4. I had to replace power and sensor cable. It will intermitantly try to FaceTime while in the middle of a voice call. It started to happen 2 day after the repair.

Any ideas?

Is the phone screen going black while on a call?

If not I would say there is an issue with your proximity sensor and your face is hitting the FaceTime button.
