1 Why do my pictures look fuzzy?
My lens is clean, but my images are fuzzy. What other solutions are there to try?

If the image is not clear, then the problem may be that particles (dust, pollen, etc) in the air reflected the flash light appeared in the image. This is not a malfunction.
